We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our Clay County team as an Head Start Classroom Teacher Assistant Float, working with children ages 0-5 years.

Essential Functions
- Assist teaching and nurturing children in the classroom focusing on the development of the whole child
- Partner with parents and work with the entire family to support the child's growth.
- Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment
- Ensure regular attendance and active participation
Educational Requirements:
- An Infant Toddler CDA, or equivalent coursework, or meet the requirements of the Head Start Act.
- Experience with Infant and Toddler, and pre-school age children. Previous Early Head Start or daycare experience, preferred but not required.
