Little Learners Childhood Connections is seeking an enthusiastic individual to serve as a Home Visitor/Family Service Worker for Early Head Start.

Essential Functions: Provide child development services, social services, health services, and parent involvement services to families including home visits, socializations, advocacy and crisis intervention in accordance with federal, state, and program guidelines. Assist families to build on their strengths and develop plans to address areas of concern.
Education & Position Requirements: Minimum of 60 college credit hours required, preferably in early childhood education. Minimum of an associate’s or bachelor’s degree. Demonstrate competency to plan and implement home-based learning experiences that ensure effective implementation of the home visiting curriculum and promote children’s progress across the standards including for children with disabilities and equal language learners, as appropriate, and to build respectful, culturally responsive, and trusting relationships with families.
