We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Educate children on basic academic concepts, social skills, and emotional growth.
- Provide individualized attention to each child, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages creativity and curiosity.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom.
Skills
