Our IDEAL Lead Teacher:
- must have at least 6-months of experience as a Lead Teacher in a licensed child care center;
- is able to work Monday - Friday;
- is flexible and able to work with toddlers and preschool/pre-K children;
- is pursuing Child Care and/or Education as a career;
- is positive;
- is professional;
- is passionate about the care and education of young children.
