Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist (Center-Based)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our early intervention team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children aged 0-5 years in a center-based setting, using play-based and evidence-based therapy approaches to support speech, language, and communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language delays.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Provide engaging, play-based speech therapy in a structured center-based environment.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support child progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and evaluations.
• Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to encourage speech and language development at home.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs will be considered with supervision provided.
• State licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or a related setting is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children and their families in a collaborative setting.
