Position Overview :
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our early intervention team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children aged 0-5 years in a center-based setting, using play-based and evidence-based therapy approaches to support speech, language, and communication development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language delays.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Provide engaging, play-based speech therapy in a structured center-based environment.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support child progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and evaluations.
- Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to encourage speech and language development at home.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs will be considered with supervision provided.
- State licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
- Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or a related setting is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
