We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Toddler Teacher to join our educational team. Your responsibilities will include planning engaging activities, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for all children.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
- Foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through various activities.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
- Background in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in behavior management and classroom management techniques.
- Experience in babysitting or nannying can be beneficial for this role.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A nurturing attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
- Ability to create engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
