We are looking for motivated individuals (college students, stay at home parents/grandparents or those seeking a full/part time job) to lead a series of classes featuring interactive demonstrations, crafts, and games, which will teach kids how the body and organs work, know the instruments that real doctors use, apply first aid procedures, tie knots like real surgeons and much more! We offer birthday parties, girl/boy scouts' badges, weeklong summer camps and weekly classes. Training is provided. Fixed class preparation time and transport rate.
Little Medical School is a STEM educational company offering after school programs, summer camps, to children ages 4-14 in the Seattle and King County area
Duties: -
- Responsible for signing up for open classes and must be committed to teaching that class for its duration.
- Flexibility for teaching 6, 8, or 12- week programs, that meet one day a week for an hour and 5-day summer camps. As well as teaching birthday parties, special events and summer camps. Schedules vary.
- Arrives 15 minutes before the class begins to check in with the school or venue and get classroom ready.
- Instructor is responsible for learning the proprietary curriculum and activities and attending training.
- Works with Coordinator to facilitate the pick-up and delivery of proprietary materials used in Little Medical School courses.
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy educational environment by establishing, following, and enforcing established written standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations. Follow Covid-19 Guidelines.
- Driving to and from different schools and venues throughout Seattle/King County.
