About Us:
Little Miracles Montessori School is a nurturing and engaging Montessori preschool dedicated to fostering independence, curiosity, and a love for learning in young children. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Toddler Teacher to join our team and support our Lead Teachers in creating a warm and stimulating environment for our students.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing Montessori-based activities and lesson plans.
- Support children in their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Encourage independence and hands-on learning through Montessori materials and methods.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
- Assist with daily routines, including snack time, nap time, and transitions.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a nurturing demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Montessori training or certification is a plus but not required.
