**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Front Desk professional to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the front desk of our office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organization.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and welcoming demeanor.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
