The JOB:
As Front Desk Supervisor, your friendly, energic and professional personality will greet our arriving guests while supporting the team of front desk agents.
In this hands-on position, whether welcoming our on-Island arrivals or lunch or dinner guests, your priority remains providing our Island Guests with exceptional service as they embark on their dream vacation.
If you enjoy providing excellent guest service while supporting, training and motivating your team, this may be the position for you.

To be successful in this position, we're looking for a team member who thrives on providing an amazing experience for our guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, positive energy, attention to detail and always, a big smile. You will set the example of service level expectations as you assist your team members in learning and developing.
