With over half of the seats located right on the ocean, The Dining Room seats 100 guests and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, you and your team serve fine cocktails in the lounge, in-room dining, and cater to small refined private gatherings.
GUEST SERVICES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES :
- You oversee daily operations of the Guest Services Team, including Concierge, Front Desk, Dockmaster, Dockhand, and Beach Attendant.
- As Guest Services Manager, you are the force driving guest experience service levels and executing the vision of the GM for Little Palm.
- This is a hands-on position where you actively work side by side with your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests and achieve desired service levels.
