Little Peach Pediatric Therapy - Montgomery is a pediatric speech-language, feeding, occupational, physical, and ABA therapy clinic established in 2022 in Montgomery, Alabama. We are searching for a qualified BCBA who is interested in working in a pediatric clinic setting with room for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and behavioral skills assessments (VB-MAPP and PEAK) and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Clinical Programming (challenging behavior management, skill acquisition, and data collection strategies)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to patients as needed to improve social, communication, and behavioral skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and treatment for patients
- Evaluate and update client progress reports via data collection software
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists, in all policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong assessment skills to evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Proficient in medical documentation and terminology related to behavioral health
- Ability to provide patient care with empathy, patience, and compassion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
