Must have the demonstrated ability to direct the activities of others; provide training and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
- Baccalaureate degree or Associate's degree from an accredited college with an early childhood education major and educational certification OR willingness to pursue the required baccalaureate degree and certification.
- 2 Years classroom experience.
- Experience working with low-income families desired.
- Prior to hiring, able to meet State ECE hiring requirements, including clear background checks, Bi-Annual physical examination, and negative TB test
- College transcripts must be provided at the time of application or prior to job offer to ensure compliance with PREK Counts Regulations.
