Experienced Pre-K Daycare Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pre-K Daycare Teacher to join our team at Little Rainbow Daycare. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with a focus on teaching preschool-aged children. The Experienced Pre-K Daycare Teacher will be responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment where children can develop essential academic, social, and emotional skills.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children in our daycare program.
• Plan and lead engaging and interactive lessons that support children's cognitive, language, literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and respected.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and daycare staff, fostering open communication and collaboration.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of children's progress and development, using observations and documentation to inform instructional planning and individualized support.
• Implement positive behavior management strategies and teach children conflict resolution and social skills.
• Plan and supervise educational and enrichment activities, including field trips, special events, and guest speakers.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate learning across subject areas and provide continuity in children's educational experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that meets health and safety standards.

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field (required).
