Duties
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate soccer lessons for children ages 3-6.
- Teach the fundamentals of soccer, including basic rules, skills, and teamwork.
- Create a fun and engaging environment that encourages participation and enthusiasm.
- Ensure the safety of all children during soccer activities.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and daycare staff.
- Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to all participants.
- Adapt coaching methods to meet the needs and abilities of individual children.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good condition.
- Foster a love for physical activity and teamwork among young children.
Requirements
- Proven experience coaching soccer to children ages 3-6.
- Knowledge of soccer fundamentals and teaching techniques.
- Ability to engage and motivate young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, kind, and understanding with a passion for working with young kids.
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons.
