Responsibilities

- Provide care for children with disabilities and adapt activities to meet their needs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of educational programs that align with early childhood education standards.
- Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance to foster positive interactions among peers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare space, ensuring it is safe and welcoming.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Administer first aid when necessary and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Skills
- Strong classroom management skills to effectively lead groups of children.
- Experience working with students in various settings, including daycare or early childhood education environments.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.

- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory upon hiring; training can be provided.
