Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
- Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Facilitate daily activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Observe and assess children's developmental milestones to tailor educational approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall preschool program.
Skills
- Strong background in early childhood education with knowledge of developmental milestones.
- Experience in infant care and toddler care is highly desirable.
- Proficient in classroom management techniques to create an effective learning environment.
- Familiarity with babysitting or caregiving roles that involve direct interaction with children.
- Basic knowledge of first aid procedures to ensure child safety.
- Ability to engage effectively with children, demonstrating patience and empathy.
- Experience working with students in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
