Scale House Operator
Job Overview
The Scale House Operator/Admin Assistant is responsible for operating the scale house in compliance with the Department of Transportation regulations. It is also responsible for assisting accounting, sales, logistics, and safety.
Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:00pm ; occasional half day on Saturday.
Job Duties
- Maintain/operate the scale house
- Occasionally maintain/operate the other scale houses remotely
- Assist accounting with basic accounting duties
- Assist sales, logistics, & safety
- Maintain/operate FastWeigh
- Coordinate with haulers
- Assist in record keeping
- Adhere to compliance regulations
- Maintain the scale house by ordering supplies and keeping the area clean/organized
- Maintain inventory records and inspections
- Any other miscellaneous duties as assigned
