Description:
Hourly Pay / Part-time
Reports to: Club Manager
Essential Functions
- Give excellent customer service to all members and guests
- Supervise the facility and staff during their appointed shift.
- Display full knowledge of front desk, programming and overall club details.
- Facilitate and communicate any member issues.
- Proactively meet all members needs and ensure all amenities are full .
- Be familiar with programming, house rules, and procedures.
- Be familiar with all Club operating systems.
- Be first responder for any medical situation or member issues.
- Report any necessary club repairs.
- Uphold our principle to “improve the day.”
Qualifications
- Passion for leading a successful team.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Patience, tact and good communication skills.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for customer service.
- Solid work ethic.
