Medical Assistant/Medical Receptionist
Looking for an energetic Medical Assistant / Medical Receptionist to join our team in Little Rock. The hours for this position are Tuesday -Wednesday, from 7:30 AM - 530PM 20Hrs per week and Monday OR Thursday from 10am-4pm. Best Coworkers Around with NO DRAMA & Respect from all your coworkers is natural. Like a 2nd Home!! We also have full time job as well!

Part Time 3 days a week (Tues & Thur 730am-530pm) & ( Mon OR Thur 10am-4pm) or
Full time 5 days week 8am-5pm 40 hours per week

Job Summary
Verifies patient information by interviewing patient; recording medical history; confirming purpose of visit. Prepares patient for examination by performing preliminary physical tests; taking blood pressure and weight; reporting patient history summary.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greet/welcome every patient*
- Verifies patient information by interviewing patient; recording medical history; confirming purpose of the visit**
- Update/verify patient information**
- Prepares patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests; taking blood pressure and weight reporting patient history summary**
- Provide assistance/information to patients as needed**
- Maintain cleanliness of all common patient areas**
- Secures patient information and maintains patients confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records; keeps patient information confidential**
- Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders, verifying receipt.**
- Performs Prior Authorizations for patients
- Appointment scheduling for multiple services**
- All opening and closing duties as assigned**
- Follow HIPPA regulations**
- Follow all policies and procedures as with integrity and honesty**
