Primary Purpose:
Are you a master of mixology with a passion for providing top-notch guest experiences? We’re looking for an energetic and charismatic Restaurant Bartender to shake things up! Your mission: deliver delicious drinks, create unforgettable moments, and maintain the vibe of the bar while ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve up smiles: Greet guests with enthusiasm and serve drinks that make their day.
- Craft the perfect cocktail: Mix and serve beverages with flair, while ensuring we stay in line with liquor laws and company guidelines.
- Behind-the-scenes magic: Clean, prep garnishes, restock supplies, and assist with food and beverage prep. You’re the unsung hero who keeps everything running.
- Spotless bar: Tidy up the space and make sure everything’s sparkling clean before we close up shop.
- Keep the cash flowing: Handle cash responsibly, secure money drops, and follow company policies.
- Health and safety superstar: Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols. You make sure our guests enjoy their drinks worry-free!
- Closing time? Be sure all alcohol is safely stored and that the bar is set for the next day’s service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bartender experience: Got at least 6 months of bartending experience? You’ll feel right at home here!
- Hospitality background: Bonus points if you have prior hospitality experience—bonus points for bartenders who are masters at multitasking.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Certifications: Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications are a must, or be ready to get certified within the first 60 days.
- Tech-savvy: If you’ve worked with Micros operating systems before, awesome! If not, we’ll teach you.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift at least 50lbs occasionally (maybe that’s just a heavy keg or a stack of glassware!).
- Regularly lift 10lbs—nothing you can’t handle!
- You’re on your feet, walking, bending, and squatting during your shift. It’s all part of the job!
- Flexibility to work various shifts: day, evening, night, weekends, and holidays.
