Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for catering and conference services
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
- Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with clients to create customized event packages and menus
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for business growth
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in catering and conference services management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proven sales and business development acumen
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed
- Proficiency in event planning software and technology
