Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate transactions and resolve inquiries.
- Prepare and organize documents for property listings, contracts, and client files while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Conduct market research to assist agents in pricing properties and identifying trends.
- Support property management tasks, including coordinating maintenance requests and tenant communications.
- Help negotiate terms of agreements with clients and vendors as needed.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all documents related to real estate transactions.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Assistance growing the operations side of the business.
Requirements
- Does not have to hold a real estate license.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative processes and Fair Housing regulations is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and real estate management tools.
- Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
