We are a brand-new facility specialized in caring for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. We strive to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. Our programs focus on developing the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical potential of each child under our care. We believe in extensive parent-teacher communication to ensure that each child gets the care they deserve. Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing curriculum and lesson plans
- Provide support to students with special needs, including those with autism
- Assist in behavior management and maintaining a positive classroom environment
- Help supervise and engage children during preschool and toddler care activities
- Assist with daily tasks such as mealtime, naptime, and toileting
- Support the lead teacher in maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment
- Assist with record keeping and documentation as required
Skills:
- Experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of curriculum development and age-appropriate activities
- Understanding of behavior management techniques for children with special needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude towards children
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
