Residential Cleaning Technician

The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Professional House Cleaning to be considered for this position.

We are a Rapidly Growing local cleaning business looking to hire immediately for both Full Time and Part Time positions, the right candidate should have great communication skills, be able to handle a reasonable amount of fact paced physical activity, and be excellent at cleaning with an eye for detail.

This is a W2 Position with weekly pay. Hours may vary depending part-time or full-time status, but generally shifts will be between the hours of 8:45 am - 4:00 pm Monday-Friday and occasionally early evenings for office cleaning. We do not work weekends or holidays!

We are looking for candidates who are; friendly, honest, reliable, and motivated to make money.

This position also requires candidates to be fluent English speaking, writing and reading.

Job Type: Full or Part Time immediate hire! Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience, plenty of opportunity for advancement. We give regular raises to achievers who are reliable and hard working rock stars.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Ensure sanitation standards are met by using appropriate cleaning products and techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences. .
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, while adhering to safety protocols.
• Drive to various locations as needed, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleaning appointments.

Job Requirements:

1 year of customer service experience helpful

1 year of cleaning experience required

Must be able to pass a background check, no felonies
