As a Campus Director at Little Scholars, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our high-quality early childhood education centers. We are looking for passionate, driven, and experienced leaders who are committed to building strong teams, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee staffing, enrollment, and curriculum implementation at your assigned campus
- Lead and mentor teachers and assistant teachers, ensuring a positive and growth-oriented work environment
- Maintain compliance with state licensing, safety regulations, and Step Up To Quality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
- Ensure a high level of quality education and care for all children
- Participate in company-wide leadership retreats, training, and national conferences
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, business administration, or a related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in early childhood education
- Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
- Ability to lead by example, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
- Familiarity with Step Up To Quality, licensing requirements, and best practices in childcare management
