Description
Little Scholars is looking for experienced Infant Teacher for our older toddlers. We are looking for someone who love to teach, love to engage, and love to watch children develop into who they are meant to be!! We are looking for a fun and passionate person to grow our team!!!
This position also requires you to:
- Have knowledge of Infant Development
- Have strong communication skills
- Individualize routine care by incorporating child's needs along with family practices
- Spend time enjoying the day learning with the children
- Able to work in a fast paced classroom
- Happy and caring individual
Education/Requirements
EEC certified through Child Growth and Development course, CDA or vocational program
1 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
Must be over 17 years of age
Ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs
Sit on the floor and scrunch down to meet any child’s needs.
CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
