Duties

- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration with team members.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support medical receptionist duties by managing patient appointments and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Handle QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote productivity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in clerical work or administrative support roles is preferred.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus.
