Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
Connecting with Families: Handle high phone call volumes (minimum 100 calls/day) to respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and follow up with leads.
Managing Leads:
- Organize and track inquiries using a CRM system, ensuring all calls, emails, and texts are properly logged and monitored.
- Handle urgent leads by following up promptly to close contracts.
- Respond to new requests by reaching out, scheduling tours, and providing information.
- Conduct follow-ups to confirm tour schedules and ensure parents have what they need.
Building Relationships: Serve as the welcoming voice and first point of contact for prospective families, fostering trust and enthusiasm about our programs.
Following Scripts: Use provided call scripts to maintain professionalism, consistency, and clear communication while avoiding aggressive sales tactics.
Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless and professional process for all incoming families.
Maintaining Records: Keep meticulous records in the CRM system to track interactions and maintain an organized workflow.
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re searching for a detail-oriented, friendly, and professional individual passionate about communication and customer service.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year in sales, collections, or sales-related communication roles.
- Exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette. Must be warm, professional, and engaging, as the role is the first impression of the school.
- Technologically savvy; familiarity with CRM systems for logging calls and tracking inquiries is a plus!
- Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively; comfortable handling 100 calls per day.
- Eagerness to complete a training program and receive guidance to ensure confidence when interacting with parents.
- Excellent communication skills
