Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure the safety and supervision of children (ages 6 weeks – 12 years).
✅ Support and guide staff in classroom objectives and expectations.
✅ Assist with compliance in childcare licensing and internal policies.
✅ Manage expenses, revenue, and annual budgeting goals.
✅ Step in as Center Director when needed.
✅ Foster a professional and motivating work environment.
✅ Oversee staffing needs, scheduling, and classroom assignments.
✅ Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
