The janitor plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility to ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents, staff, and visitors. The janitor's duties are aligned with the mission of Little Sisters of the Poor, which focuses on caring for the elderly with love, respect, and dignity. Saint Jeanne Jugan, the foundress of the Little Sisters of the Poor, believed that "making the elderly happy is what counts." Retirement: You will receive a monthly contribution to your Pension at a rate of 3.82% of your salary! You are also eligible to begin making contributions to your retirement plan immediately upon employment!
Paid Time Off: Generous paid time off including Vacation, Sick, Holiday, Personal, and a sick time cashout policy.
