Teacher Assistant - Part Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to support our educational team in fostering a positive and productive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, or daycare settings, and possess the ability to effectively communicate with students. This role involves assisting teachers in implementing curriculum development and engaging students.

- Assist lead teachers in delivering educational content and supporting classroom activities.
- Provide individualized support to students.
- Facilitate a positive classroom environment by encouraging student participation and engagement.
- Communicate effectively with students.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Support the assessment of student performance and assist in tracking their progress over time.

Qualifications
- Experience in early childhood education but willing to train.
- Strong understanding of classroom dynamics.
- Knowledge of curriculum development practices is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with students and staff effectively.
- A genuine passion for educating young learners and fostering their academic growth.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
