Teacher

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-English children's teacher who can bring joy, playfulness, and creativity into our programs. Responsibilities

• Conduct morning classes and after-school sessions for children.
• Engage children in fun activities, including games, songs, dances, and crafts.
• Foster a positive learning environment that promotes language development and creativity.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs and encourage active participation.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians.
  
  

Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting.
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with children.
  
  

The position is contract part-time position that offers between 20 and 30 hours weekly to start (hours needed: 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm; mornings from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm).

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
