We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Teacher to join our team. The Infant Teacher will be responsible for fostering a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and creativity while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Provide care for Infants, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Manage classroom activities effectively to promote an engaging learning environment.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to guide children's behavior positively.
- Educate children on various subjects through interactive play and structured activities.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored educational strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
Qualifications
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting is essential.
- Knowledge of toddler care practices and early childhood development principles.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
- Ability to implement behavior management strategies effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff.
- A compassionate approach towards educating children with disabilities or special needs.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not mandatory.
