Child Care Teacher

Little Sprouts is currently seeking an Assistant Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team in North Andover. Little Sprouts is a network of 39 New England Early Learning Centers that prioritizes employee experience. Our School Director at North Andover has over 18 years of experience in ECE and is a trusted and dedicated mentor.

Located on Route 114, with easy access to downtown North Andover, Andover, and Middleton!

Competitive Pay Range: $17-$20 /per hour.

• Manage classroom daily needs to support your student's health and well-being.
• Communicate with families and caregivers in person and digitally.
• Foster an environment that promotes a love of learning by Implementing our child-focused educational approach, rooted in social-emotional learning, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) curriculum, and nature-based learning.

• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks.
• EEC teacher certification or requirements completed to be submitted for review, preferred.
• Skilled in play-based learning approaches and social-emotional education.

• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes.
• Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
• Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds multiple times a day.
