Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students, guiding them through their educational journey. This role involves developing and implementing lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and collaborating with parents and staff to support each child's growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in preschool education and a strong commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using appropriate behavior management techniques.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support early intervention strategies for students requiring additional assistance.
- Facilitate physical education activities that promote health and wellness among students.
- Provide tutoring support for students needing extra help in specific subject areas.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
Skills

- Experience in daycare or private school settings is preferred.
