What are the responsibilities and job description for the Report Analyst/Cycle Counter position at Little Tikes?
Responsible for maintaining accurate finished goods inventory levels. Works closely with DC Leads, Finance, MGA California, and Vendors to ensure all inventory transactions are accurately performed.
Position Requirements
Education/Experience:
- Working Knowledge of Warehouse Management System and Axapta desired
- Highly Proficient in MS Office products
Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
- Able to have or obtain a PIT license within 1 week of obtaining the position
- Able to interact with all levels of management
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be well organized and able to maintain accuracy in high volume situations
- Must be adaptable to changing duties and able to deal with stressful situations.
- Positive team player with a strong sense of individual initiative and urgency.
- Able work with a minimum level of supervision.
- Able to fill in for DC Lead when needed
- Able to fill in for Receiving Cycle Counter when needed
Key Result Areas and Activities
- Daily views of everyday material handler transactions to ensure proper placement of goods
- Daily view of system to ensure proper crossing of transactions between stages
- Able to correctly make system adjustments when needed
- Able to interact with Finance department to determine proper movement of goods to the financial side of the business
- Able to monitor vendor transactions to ensure proper movement
- Able to work with other MGA California personnel on transactions for the company
- Able to have a strong presence during yearly inventory count including required over time
- Able to perform cycle counts
- Tracking of cycle counts given to the material handlers.
- Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.75 per hour
