Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring clarity and attention to detail.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, striving to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
