Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Use effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Incorporate math, science, language, and physical education into daily activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with preschool or toddler-aged children
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Patience, creativity, and flexibility in adapting to the needs of individual children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education preferred)

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
