Little Tree Education is seeking an office manager to work closely with the Owner, Chief of Staff and Bookkeeper to ensure vendor/ customer accounts are up to date. This role requires a high level of organization and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
Ensuring timely payment of vendor invoices and expense reimbursements.
Maintaining accurate records of vendor expenses and accrual estimates.
Overseeing payment processing and fraud prevention.
Managing vendor relationships.
Accounts Receivable:
Managing the billing and collection process.
Working with sales and other departments to ensure collection guidelines are
followed.
Reconciling AR balances
Office Management:
Managing daily office operations, including communication and problem-solving.
Collection and organization of Company mail
Maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
Financial Management:
Tracking cash flow and preparing cash forecasts.
Preparing and analyzing AP and AR reports.
Reconciling financial records and ensuring data accuracy.
Implementing and monitoring internal controls.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Preparing and coordinating audits.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
Two to Five years of AR and AP experience
Previous experience in Education Administration a plus
Previous experience with Quickbooks and Blackbaud a plus
