Little Unicorn Social Media & Customer Experience Specialist

Classification: Part Time (20-25 hours per week, in office flexible)

The Social Media & Customer Experience Specialist responsibilities include:

Customer Service

• Responding to customer emails, phone calls, texts and social media messages to help resolve concerns and answer questions about their orders
• Manage customer reviews and review syndication softward across sales channels
• Manage online customer returns portal and share data to help improve product quality and customer experience
• Audit Customer website experience and provide insight and data to help improve site navigation and customer experience online when shopping
• Support occasional needs for key customer projects and documents (experience in excel is helfpul)

Social Media Specialist

• Manage social media posts and creative content on META, TIK-TOK, PINTEREST and other social platforms
• Manage and organize a content via a social media calendar to help in campaign launches and daily posts on social media
• Manage social media affiliate and influencer network and the coordination of samples to social partners
• Organize brand giveaways with other like brands to promote and grow social media following
• Support content creation and marketing teams to develop authentic content for social channels to drive customer engagement
• Assist with office needs such as ordering supplies, coordinating company events and other miscellaneous tasks
• Document content in office when applicable to telling the brand story

Qualifications:

- College degree or some college education

- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Primarly Word, Office and Excel)

- Experience in social media management

- Strong ability to work with others

- Good communication skills

- Pro-active in setting and achieving goals

- Creative

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
