Little Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center -
The Maintenance Director is responsible for the overall maintenance operation of the facility, he / she is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance equipement.
Other repsonsibilities include :
1. Performs overall supervision of Maintenance Department including "hands on" performance of maintenance and repair work.
2. Works closely with Administrator to find solutions to routine maintenance needs and provide weekly / monthly reports.
3. Maintains the facility in compliance with Federal, State, and local laws.
4. Assist and maintains fire alarm and emergency generator system by performing test to ensure it's in good working order.
5. Orders maintenance supplies and outsource to approved vendors
6. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, heating / cooling and general repair skills.
7. Other duties as assigned.
