Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
- Foster literacy education through age-appropriate activities that enhance reading and writing skills.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and address any concerns.
- Participate in curriculum development to ensure that educational content meets the needs of all learners.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and other relevant documentation.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is desired.
- Experience working with Infant children in a classroom setting is essential.
- Knowledge of standardized testing practices and ability to implement them effectively.
- Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- Familiarity with childhood development principles and best practices in early education.
- Ability to provide tutoring support for individual students as needed.
- A creative approach to curriculum development that incorporates diverse learning styles.
