Little Water is looking for a Food Runner to join our team!
(James Beard-nominated) Chef Randy Rucker and Amanda Rucker. Inspired by the Ruckers'
experiences living along the Gulf Coast, New England, and Mid-Atlantic regions, Little Water is a
contemporary coastal restaurant that celebrates the ecological diversity of life by the sea.
This is a full time position, paid hourly tips and candidates must be willing to work 40 hours, 5 days a week. Candidates must be available to work Tuesday - Saturday.
Located in Rittenhouse Square, Little Water is the latest restaurant of husband-and-wife team(James Beard-nominated) Chef Randy Rucker and Amanda Rucker. Inspired by the Ruckers'

Responsibilities
- Runs food throughout service
- Organizes plate ware and stocks it in the appropriate areas
- Polishes glassware
- Maintains complete knowledge of table and seat numbers
- Maintains a complete knowledge of the menu and components of all dishes
Requirements
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
- Must be able to move, pull or lift at least 25 pounds
- Requires frequent bending, reaching overhead, and twisting
