- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide a variety of activities and experiences to promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall well-being of the children
```Qualifications:```
- Associates in Early Childcare preferred
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting 1 year
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning
- Familiarity with special education needs and accommodations
