Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR management, including hiring, onboarding, policy development, staff communication, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a stable, communicative, ethical, and productive staff environment.
Main Responsibilities:
· Leading the hiring and onboarding process for new employees.
· Developing and enforcing clinic policies and procedures.
· Organizing and maintaining up-to-date staff files.
· Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels.
· Monitoring and achieving key performance indicators and objectives.
· Contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
