Little Words Project is looking for a Brand Experience Team Intern who will work closely with our Brand Experience and Community Impact team to enhance and deliver unforgettable, positive experiences for our customers, both online and offline. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist with a variety of brand-building initiatives, from creating engaging content to supporting experiential marketing efforts and customer engagement strategies.

- Assist with creating compelling content for social media and other brand materials that align with Little Words Project's voice and mission.
- Help execute digital marketing campaigns, including influencer collaborations, promotions, and other brand activations, to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Help coordinate and execute virtual and in-person brand experiences, such as pop-up shops, giveaways, and community-building events.
- Conduct research on current trends, competitor activities, and emerging brand-building strategies to inform the team's approach to brand marketing.
- Support the creation of brand stories and narratives that resonate with our audience and reinforce Little Words Project's core values of positivity, empowerment, and kindness.
- Assist with building and fostering relationships with key brand advocates, including influencers, customers, and partners, to create a loyal brand community.
- Help track and analyze the performance of brand experience initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to the Brand Experience team, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials.
- Support VP & Coordinator with management of Create for a Cause Program.
- Support Coordinator with fielding all inbound messages to Giveback inbox and responding accordingly.
- Support VP & Coordinator with management of LWBI partner relationships. Attend all meetings, take notes and create follow up action items.
- Assist in the facilitation of Team Days of Service with the VP & Coordinator
- Current 3rd or 4th-year college student.
- Strong ability to think creatively and contribute fresh ideas to enhance brand experiences.
- A high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of work, from content creation to event coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) is a plus.
