Little Words Project is looking for a Customer Service Team Intern who will support our growing customer service department in delivering outstanding experiences to our customers. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer support, problem-solving, and relationship-building while working closely with a passionate team. As an intern, you'll be at the heart of our brand's customer experience, assisting with inquiries, returns, and exchanges, and ensuring that each customer's needs are met with kindness and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing customer inquiries through email, phone, and live chat, providing timely, friendly, and helpful responses to all customer queries.
- Help track and manage customer orders, ensuring that all issues (e.g., delivery delays, order status, etc.) are addressed promptly.
- Support customers with returns and exchanges, following company policies and ensuring a smooth process.
- Become a subject matter expert on Little Words Project's product offerings, policies, and brand story to assist customers in finding the best products for their needs.
- Help with data entry, order tracking, and reporting as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Working with cross-functional teams to establish a cohesive brand voice (the ops team, marketing, etc).
