Little Words Project is looking for a Picker and Packer for our new warehouse in Mountainside, NJ. The Picker / Packer is responsible for ensuring accurate order picking, packaging, and preparation for shipment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are key.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately locate, retrieve, and verify items based on order specifications.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages in accordance with carrier requirements.
- Assist with inbound / outbound shipping
- Ensure timely processing and shipment of all orders.
- Conduct final inspections to confirm order completeness and accuracy before shipping.
- Promptly report any missing, incorrect, or damaged items to the supervisor.
- Assist with inventory organization and participate in regular cycle counts.
- Assist with inventory and replenishment
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling procedures for all products and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
